Strategic Process – A Better Hire Starts with a Better Search
Identification – Meet with the client to understand the company, position and develop a search strategy. Define target candidates and how to “sell” the company and position.
Target Candidates and Hard Recruiting – Meet with our Information Manager to cast a wide net of target candidates utilizing in-house database and various third party resources.
Once we have a target list, we contact dozens of potential candidates.
Assessment – We screen qualified candidates ruthlessly and only present the best talent. We deliver the top candidates, which surpass your qualifications, have sincere interest and are in a position to make a change.
Interview Process – Work directly with you and the candidate during this critical part of the process. At MBG, we prepare each candidate prior to each interview and debrief them following the interview. We stay engaged and help you secure the candidate and get their new career off to a good start.
