- Developed a long-term growth strategy based on the market place need, not internally focused and revenue generated. Identifying, hiring and retaining our team being critical in our ability to help people.
- Mark Elliott joined our team as an Executive Recruiter. Mark continues to be a leading industry recruiter for us and is tenacious in his ability to deliver results.
2000 – 2005
- Formed Morris Bixby Group emphasizing Client Focus, Niche Marketing and earning business based on delivering results.
- Chris Gerth joined our team as an Executive Recruiter. Chris continues to be a leading industry recruiter with unique critical thinking skills allowing him to identify problems and provide customer solutions.
- Bill Randell joined our team as an Executive Recruiter. Bill continues to be a leading industry recruiter with a natural ability to network and a “hard-wired” desire to help people.
- Michelle Elston joined our team as Information Manager. Michelle keeps MBG on the cutting edge by focusing her technology expertise to source and manage information which ultimately helps us deliver results for clients. She’s the foundation of our search process and essential in finding new talent for our customers.
